In aid of local Reading Charities
We have decided to give our Annual Charity Golf match a complete facelift for 2008 and we hope that you will enjoy the changes.
The major change is that the event will be a Shotgun Start with a starting time of 2.00 p.m. Stableford competition rules will apply with prizes for the top 6 teams. A Pink ball and “ball on the green” competitions will also be held.
The AM AM will be held at Reading Golf Club on Wednesday 2nd July 2008. The cost for a team of four will be £240 which includes the cost of dinner.
With all the participants out on the Golf course at the same time, we think the event will have more of a buzz and also has the advantage that everybody can come back to the Clubhouse at about the same time for dinner, when the prizes will be presented.
Our new format means that the number of teams will be restricted to 21 and so, to avoid disappointment, we would ask you to make your booking as soon as possible.

As before, all the proceeds from the event will be spent supporting local
charities in and around Reading.
