Reading Abbey Golf Society (RAGS)

It provides an opportunity for the golfers among the Club membership to play different courses in the Berks/Oxon area and have an enjoyable day out, a few beers and a laugh (mostly about our golf).

We play six times in the year, then the best four scores are counted and the winner gets a huge claret jug. In addition, we play an annual competition for The President's Pot (why it's called POT I'll leave to your imagination).

This year's six venues will be chosen from Bearwood Lakes, Calcot Park, The Springs, Reading, Sonning, Goring and Streatley and West Berks.
